Scholarship Incentive Program

A need-based grant for Delaware residents who attend a Delaware college full time. It pays $1,000 a year, a student applies each year, and it ends after five awards.

Charles L. Hebner Memorial Scholarship

For Delaware high school seniors with a 3.0 GPA and a 1290 on the SAT, or the ACT equivalent, at any regionally accredited college. It pays $1,250 a year, renewable for up to three years with a 3.0 GPA. About 35 students get it each year, and there is no FAFSA.

For Delaware high school seniors with a 3.0 GPA, a 1290 on the SAT or the ACT equivalent, and financial need, who enroll full time at the University of Delaware. It covers full tuition, fees, room, board and books, renewable for up to three years with a 3.0 GPA. One is awarded each year.
